Current or former registrants of the Alberta College of Dental Hygienists (ACDH or CRDHA or ADHA) can request a Letter of Good Standing to be sent to another regulatory body or other institution by completing an online request form.
If the regulatory body or other institute requires you to submit a specific form, please have it completed, including your signature, and upload it within the online form.
The normal processing time for this request is 15 business days. All requests are dealt with in the order of receipt. The fee is $25 per Letter of Good Standing, to be paid via credit card in the online application process. Processing of your request begins as soon as we receive payment.
